NILO NARAGHI
Hi, I’m Nilofar Naraghi, Nilo (pr. nee-loo) for short. I am a freelance producer, environmental advocate, and holistic health practitioner making a post-COVID career change to become a legal professional. With degrees from UCLA and UC-Berkeley, I’m a proud Iranian-American raised in the South Bay.
In LA, I have worked in film/tv production and development while also working consistently as a booking agent and bar manager in Culver City. Recently, I pitched in on the New York Times’s “Framing Britney Spears” documentary. That was fun.
At UC Berkeley I studied International Relations and at UCLA I pursued a master’s degree in Film and Television Studies. Back in San Francisco, I worked with SFMOMA and the SF Film Society in visitors’ services and publicity.
I am certified as a yoga and mindfulness instructor. Being surrounded by art, nature, and spirituality are essential for me. I love plants and flowers and have worked as a gardener and landscaper.
My mission is to develop sustainable practices for a more environmentally, racially, and socially just world.
